Letters from a campaign or party committee carry a “Paid for by” box. We print it on every committee letter, in the size and type the rules call for, and put the committee’s name and address on the envelope, or on the shipping label for flat & tracked.
Letters from PACs and ballot-measure or independent-expenditure committees aren’t available yet. Candidate and party committees can order now.

Federal committees: the FEC ID, a C and 8 digits. State and local: the state committee ID, if there is one.

What we print at the foot of every letter
Add your campaign’s logo and contact details, and the letter goes out on your own letterhead. No extra cost.
PNG or JPG. We trim the margins and print it at the top, up to 3 inches wide, in black and white unless you choose color.
Footer, up to three lines
What you send should follow our guidelines.
$3 a letter (+ sales tax where required). Printed in a handwriting-style font, folded into a standard envelope and mailed USPS First-Class. Postage included.
No tracking with First-Class mail: we email you the day it’s mailed, and it usually arrives in 7–10 business days.
